Baltimore Sun: Wilde Lake alum uses music to teach geography

In late July I was interviewed by Baltimore Sun and Howard County reporter,  Sara Toth.

Wilde Lake alum and music therapist Jason Baker has created a game called Sounds Around the World, which integrates international music to teach students about geography. He has taught it to hundreds of students at schools in the Baltimore region.

Jason Baker, a music therapist, sits at a desk in the back room of his Halethorpe home surrounded by musical instruments and computer equipment. Baker developed a game that uses international music to help students learn geography. He has taught at schools in Baltimore, Towson, Howard and Carroll counties.
